In Recruiting module, while applicat applies for any Job Opening, then there will few screening questions to be answered exclusively for that job opening alone, the questions may be Yes or No questions such as 'Are you 18 years older?'. Currently the applicant can submit the form irrespective of the question answered or not, my requirement is to validate and let uesr answers those questions compulsorily.

SaveEdit PeopleCode on the Age Field (and any other fields that need to be validated.

CAUTION: While you can ask for the applicant's age if they are a current employee; IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW to ask for an applicants age in a new hire situation until after they have been employees. Make sure the company really wants to get entangled legally!
