how to use scroll area in an existing page

one (grid) is already present in a page. hyperlink is provided in one of the column of the grid. on click of the hyperlink, the data is displayed in the fields on the same page. now i want the navigation data in the fields.
the navigation should be similar to scroll area
please let me know how to resolve this issue.

I do not seem to understand your question completely.
Do you mean how to implement the scroll actions (like insert, delete etc) in a hyperlink? If yes you can by selecting the destination of the hyperlink as scroll action
