Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to get the process scheduler to restart / reprocess all of our 'no success' app engine programs.

Has anyone ever had to run a batch job to restart app engines that were once 'no success'?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: How to get the process scheduler to resubmit restart

I find it very strange to be wanting to do something like this. You want to keep in mind that not every application engine is restartable. You can restart a process if the application engine is restart enabled or if the process is a job process.

I have never done something like this, and would strongly oppose it, but a good place to look is behind the delivered Process Requests component PROCESSMONITOR. The code is there you just need to rip it apart, know how it works, and implement a similar logic into you batch program.
