Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to achieve the following :-

"When a customer contact is made inactive in CRM that action should also lock the User ID in CRM and Enterprise Portal."

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can you please give us some more details? Are you trying to communicate between separate modules? If so, have you researched doing that using Integration Broker?
