Hello, we seem to have an issue on the odd occasion with an integration message where it cannot find the keys to update the chartfield value. This process is working correctly for 98% of transactions for a variety of chartfields. This is the error we are getting.

Error
91
50
No rows exist for the specified keys. {DEPT_CF} (91,50)
No rows exist in the database with the specified keys.

Error
91
59
Failed to get the Component Interface.

I have compared the source data and existing data of ones that work successfully against the ones that fail and I cannot see anything that is different!
Has anybody encountered any issues like this?

Re: Failed to get the Component Interface Error

Look at format of Data.Upper CAPS, lower caps or Mix Caps. This throws same error
