CSV file header

Is it possible for a csv file to have a header like that of a pdf file? if yes, how? do anybody know the syntax? thanks! :)

This is what i used in one of the SQRs..

encode ',' into $sep
String 'Emplid' 'Name' 'Designation' 'location' by $sep into $printheading
write 1 from $printheading

where 1 is the number assigned in the OPEN command to the file to be written..
